The first thing that people see when they look at you is your face and your eyewear.  We have assisted consumers in over 20 countries all over the world in finding frames that best fit both individual style and surrounding environments and we will do the same for you. 

We are an optical retailer that specializes in the finest presentation that luxury eyewear has to offer as well as expert customer service and support.   The collections we offer are exclusive luxury eyewear brands therefore everything sold either through our website or in our Chicago store is all at manufacturer suggested retail prices.   So why buy through us instead of your local optician? If you have a question regarding prescription lenses, please forward for written eyeglass prescription or your Eye Doctor’s name and number via email or fax and we will contact you with lens options.  All prescription orders are conducted as individual consultations and will be charged manually once we help you choose what type of lenses are best for your frame selection.  If you choose to have your lenses made by a local optician, please be cautious in where you go.   Proper edging techniques differ from collection to collection.  How the lenses look in a frame can kill the style, so ask your local optical store if they have worked with the brand you have purchased before you order your lenses.  Edging techniques and expertise come from working with the finest machines and years of experience with luxury eyewear, which we have for over 28 years.

1. What if I order a frame and it doesn’t work out for me?

No worries. Please email or call us for a return authorization number within 14 days of receiving your order. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise. Please note any order that is custom-made or special request ie: frames, lenses etc are Final-Sale and are non-returnable. All Sale items are Final-Sale and are non-returnable.

To Return an Item:
All returns must have a return authorization number written clearly on the outside of the package, and must be returned within the 14 day time frame or the package will be refused.
Repackage the item as securely as possible and then ship the package to:

2. Is there any kind of warranty on the frames?

All our frames come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty which covers all manufacturer defects. No warranty will be honored from personal neglect or abuse. If your frame is not on your face, keep it in the case. All sale frames are sold as is, there are no warranties on sale merchandise. -We have the right to refuse warranty claims on frames that were brought elsewhere for the prescription lenses. We try to be as flexible as we can, but have no control over other lab technicians who are not familiar with proper edging techniques that differ from collection to collection.

3. Is there any kind of warranty on the lenses if I purchase through you?

All lenses also come with a 1 year warranty against defects from the manufacturer. This does not include scratches on lenses that come from normal use. No warranties on neglect or abuse of your eyewear. We advise keeping them away from small children, dogs, and a personal favorite…Keep them out of the barhopping scene when heavy drinking is involved.

4. How should I take care of my glasses?

We include a special cleaning cloth and spray for you to use to clean your new eyewear, or you can wash your glasses under running water with a little liquid soap then dry them with a soft cotton cloth or the one that is provided with your case. Remember to prevent unwanted accidents always store your frames in their case.

5. What payment options do you offer?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Wire transfer. Please contact us via phone or email for wire transfer information. We reserve the right to request any additional information for payment or for security purposes before an order is shipped. All overseas orders must be paid by wire transfer or paypal,

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

All in stock items will ship within 48 hours with holiday exceptions. Special order frames will take on average 2 weeks. Please keep in mind that most of our frames come from overseas. It is rare, but we do occasionally experience shipping delays with customs. If your order will end up taking longer than 2 weeks, you will be notified.

7. How much will shipping coast?

All orders are shipped via UPS. Any purchase outside of Illinois has no sales tax to pay and all domestic ground UPS shipments are free. When you are ready to place your order you will have shipping options, the charges will be calculated automatically. Please note some places charge import taxes when arriving at the destination. We are not told about this at the time of shipping to advise you, but if you are charged import tax you should check with your local tax office in most cases you can reclaim this charge. We have added United States Postal service as a shipping method to cut down on consumer international shipping costs with shipping anywhere in the world for only $40usd.

8. What is your Privacy Policy?

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your: Billing Address, Shipping Address, Email Address and Credit Card Information. In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

9. How is my information used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
Security and Storage - Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server.
Cookies and Browser Information - Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents for two weeks. We use them only to track this information..

10. What does the frame size mean?

Frame sizes are always shown in millimeters example: 54-18-140. The first number is the lens width, the second number is the distance between the lenses or bridge size and the last number is the temple length. Please note that all frames must be custom fitted by a optician to fit your face correctly.
