Im very happy with my experience shopping with Contacts and Specs. I called twice to inquire about my order (once before ordering, and once after), and I received excellent, friendly service both times. My only complaint is that I did not receive the lens cleaning spray that was supposed to have been included in the package with my glasses. But this is a very minor complaint.
