Vuarnet Sunglasses Chicago

VUARNET is a French-based company developed by Roger Pouilloux and Joseph Hatchiguian in 1957 to aid the French Ski Team after the invention of the Skilynx lens. Once alpine ski racer Jean Vuarnet won the Downhill gold medal at the 1960 Winter Olympics, they renamed the company and marketed their product to the masses. VUARNET's scratch- and impact-resistant lenses are distinct due to their unique multi-layered anti-reflective treatments, UVA, UVB, and UVC radiation filtration, and meticulous polishing to ensure distortion-free vision.
