In the event that your unworn, regular priced product purchased from our website does not meet your expectations, email us for a return authorization number with in 30 days of your purchase for a full refund to the credit card used for the original purchase or a one time frame exchange.
For prescription lens purchases we will offer a 50% refund on the lens price. If you chose to exchange a frame, new lenses will need to be cut and edged so a 50% credit will be applied to the cost of a new set of lenses. We garauntee 100% accuracy on all prescription lenses. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the customers responsibility including any customs or duties fees applied for international shipments. All discounted products are final sale.
To Return an Item:
You may return your product for a refund or exchange provided:
• The item has been unworn
• All items including the frame/ sunglass, case, cloth and spray are returned
• The item is free of any damage caused by the customer
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• It is returned within 30 days from the delivery date
Repackage the item as securely as possible with the return authorization number clearly written on the outside of the package, and then ship the package to:
